WP Simple Pay Pro

WP Simple Pay Pro by Sandhills Development lets you add Stripe payment and subscription forms to WordPress without building a full shopping cart. Payments are processed through your own Stripe account.

It suits donations, service payments, deposits, memberships and recurring billing, with a form builder, on-site and Stripe Checkout forms, and an admin area for transactions, subscriptions and refunds.

Version 4.17.4 (24 September 2026) added the Transactions and Subscriptions pages, refunds from the transaction view, the File Upload field, disputed-chargeback display, hourly recovery of payments missed by webhooks and several security improvements.

Requirements & Compatibility

• WordPress 5.9 or later and PHP 7.4 or later, as declared in the plugin.
• Tested up to WordPress 7.1, according to the plugin readme.
• Requires your own Stripe account; payment method availability depends on your Stripe country, currency and settings.

License & File Verification

WP Simple Pay Pro is developed by Sandhills Development, LLC and released under the GNU General Public License v2 or later, as stated in the plugin. This download provides the plugin files. A WP Simple Pay account, license key, developer support and automatic updates from the developer are not included. Stripe fees and account requirements are your responsibility.

Package review: This package has been modified to store placeholder license data and to answer the developer’s license checks locally, so the plugin shows an active license without contacting the developer’s licensing server. A ZIP review is not a complete security audit.

How to Install

Upload wp-simple-pay-pro 4.17.4.1.zip through Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin and activate it. If you are upgrading from an earlier ProThemesWP download, follow the upgrade steps in the Download Instructions, because the plugin folder name in this package is different.
